What's your Spanish Level?

Beginner - I don’t speak any Spanish or I only know a few random words like hola and gracias.
A1 (Elementary) - I can introduce myself, ask and answer very simple questions, and use basic everyday expressions. I speak slowly and need people to speak slowly to me.
A2 (Pre-Intermediate) - I understand common phrases about daily life (shopping, food, directions, work). I can have short conversations, but I make mistakes and sometimes struggle to find words.
B1 (Intermediate) - I can handle most everyday situations in Spanish. I can talk about experiences, plans and opinions, but I still need help with complex grammar and fast conversations.
B2 (Upper-Intermediate) - I can have fluent conversations with native speakers. I can explain ideas clearly and discuss different topics, but I still make occasional mistakes and may lack more advanced vocabulary.
C1 (Advanced) - I speak Spanish confidently and fluently. I understand complex topics, express myself precisely and use advanced vocabulary, though I may still notice small non-native nuances.

Verónica is the founder and lead instructor of Spanish Splash. With over 10 years of experience in education, she holds a strong academic background: a degree in Primary Education from the University of the Balearic Islands, in Early Childhood Education from the University of Ávila (UCAV), and in Speech Therapy from the National University of Distance Education (UNED). She also holds an Official Master's Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from the prestigious Nebrija University and is an official DELE examiner for levels A1 and A2, accredited by the Instituto Cervantes. Her passion for the Spanish language and culture is complemented by her role as a content creator specializing in travel and tourism, which allows her to provide a more enriching and tailored teaching experience for her students.
